Community Preparedness Study

Help us understand how people across Greater Seattle prepare for emergencies and which practical resources would be most useful.

About the study

Participation is voluntary. The survey is intended for both minors and adults who live in the Greater Seattle area. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian before taking part.

How responses will be handled

  • We will not ask for names, email addresses, or other direct identifiers.
  • Only grouped findings will be shared publicly.
  • Raw survey responses will be kept for up to 24 months and then deleted.
  • ZIP code and household answers can still be sensitive, so publishing small-group results will be avoided.

Current status

The secure response form is being prepared. The earlier design preview has been disabled so that no one can mistake an unsaved response for a completed submission.
